NPC Animations
NPC animations are now part of the broader player and NPC asset workflow. Start with Player and NPCs for the main setup flow.
NPCs can use movement animations, idle animations, and one-shot animations that are played by actions during events or cutscenes.
Use movement and idle animations for normal map behavior. Use Play NPC/Player Animation when a scene needs a specific animation moment, such as reacting, turning, waving, or performing an action.
